Return Policy

 All return/refund requests must be made to our Customer Care department within 7 business days of receipt of your order. To protect our customer's health and safety, BlackOutUsa.com only accepts returns of non-wearable items that have not been worn or used (apparel, accessories, etc.). Refunds for returns exclude shipping costs, and the customer is responsible for shipping the products back to us in their original condition at their expense.

 

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, simply email us at blackout?email@gmail.com with your order information and the reason for return. 
 

Refund Method

Your refund will be sent back to the same credit card or the PayPal account used in the initial purchase. It should take no longer than 5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your bank or PayPal account.
